Perhaps worse is that more and more adults and children are gaining weight across the country, choosing the convenience of fast and nutrition-deficient foods over healthy eating, exercise, and positive life choices. If you're ready to get back to loving your life with more energy, confidence, and positivity, medical weight loss with peptide therapy may be for you. But to truly understand the benefits of peptides like Semaglutide, it's important you grasp what peptide therapy is and how it benefits your body.

Semaglutide Treatment in Ramsey, NJ

Many individuals turn to peptide therapy to enhance their overall wellbeing by boosting hormones. Different types of peptides can target different areas of health, such as collagen peptides that can help improve skin, hair, and gut health.

Other peptides, such as AOD 9604, CJC 1295, and Semaglutide in Ramsey, NJ, are incredibly beneficial for losing weight. Compared to vitamin supplements, peptide therapy works differently as peptides are already part of the proteins in our bodies, making them easier to absorb and benefit from. Conversely, our bodies can sometimes fail to absorb all the nutrients present in multivitamins, leading to their excretion through urine.

However, it's important to note that weight loss is a complex process that involves various factors like age, genetics, lifestyle, exercise, and diet. While peptides like Semaglutide can provide much-needed assistance in achieving your weight loss goals, they are most effective when combined with healthy dietary choices, regular exercise routines, and overall healthier lifestyle choices.

If you've already tried different weight loss plans and diets but haven't had any success, medical weight loss with peptide therapy may provide that extra boost you need to realize your goals.

What is Semaglutide Treatment in Ramsey, NJ?

If you're looking to lose weight and keep it off, diet and exercise are important, but it can be difficult to stick to a routine. For busy adults and parents, Semaglutide can be a helpful tool for weight loss. This injection, approved by the FDA for diabetes and obesity, works by stimulating GLP-1 receptors in the brain to aid in weight loss and improve long-term health.

You may be wondering to yourself, "That sounds great, but how does this type of peptide work?" Semaglutide acts like glucagon in your body, which signals to your brain that you're full and don't need to eat anymore. When you take Semaglutide, and you try to overeat, your body waves a proverbial red flag as if to say, "That's enough."

Semaglutide also slows down digestion, reducing unnecessary snacking throughout the day. By reducing glucose spikes after meals, it reduces inflammation, which is important for overall health. Additionally, Semaglutide helps your pancreas secrete insulin, regulates the glucose levels in your body, and even has anti-aging and longevity properties. If you're struggling to lose weight, peptide therapies for weight loss like Semaglutide can be an invaluable addition to your weight loss plan from Global Life Rejuvenation.

Who Should Consider Semaglutide Therapy in Ramsey, NJ?

There are multiple medications available to combat obesity by suppressing appetite and promoting weight loss. However, Semaglutide stands out as an exceptional option.

A recent study of 2,000 obese adults examined the effects of Semaglutide when combined with a diet and exercise program. The results were compared to those who only made lifestyle changes without taking Semaglutide. After 68 weeks, it was found that half of the participants using Semaglutide lost 15% of their body weight, with nearly a third losing 20%. In contrast, those who only made lifestyle changes lost an average of 2.4% of their weight.

It's obvious, then, that Semaglutide is a safe and effective supplement for your weight loss journey with Global Life Rejuvenation. But who is the ideal patient who should be taking it?

If you have a body mass index (BMI) of 27kg/m2 or higher and at least one weight-related condition, such as high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol, or if your BMI is 30kg/m2 or higher, the FDA recommends Semaglutide for weight loss.

Healthy Eating Tips While Taking Semaglutide

As medical weight loss experts, one thing our doctors and practitioners know at Global Life Rejuvenation is that true weight loss isn't dictated by medicines. It's achieved by sticking to a combo of exercise, healthy life choices, and healthy eating habits. From there, peptides like Semaglutide in Ramsey, NJ are great for taking your weight loss efforts to the next level of success.

One area where many patients fail in this process is with their diet. If you're considering Semaglutide treatment, keep these diet tips in mind.

Eat Whole Foods

Eat Whole Foods

To enhance your dietary habits, a practical approach is to concentrate on consuming whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats. These food items are rich in nutrients and can provide a feeling of fullness and satisfaction while also promoting your overall wellbeing.

Be Mindful When You Eat

Be Mindful When You Eat

Eating mindfully involves being fully present and engaged during meals. This entails taking the time to enjoy the flavor of your food, being aware of your body's hunger and fullness signals, and avoiding distractions like electronics or television.

Keep Your Body Hydrated

Keep Your Body Hydrated

To maintain good health and support weight loss, it's crucial to drink plenty of water. It's recommended to drink at least 8-10 cups of water daily. You may also try adding low-calorie drinks like herbal tea or infused water to keep things interesting.

Meal-Prepping

Use Meal Prepping to Your Advantage

Planning your meals in advance is an effective approach to maintaining a healthy diet. Set aside some time each week to plan your meals and snacks, keeping in mind to incorporate a balance of protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. This will prevent impulsive food choices and guarantee that you have nutritious options available when hunger strikes.

Other Peptide Therapies and Medicines for Medical Weight Loss in Ramsey, NJ

Unlike many medical weight loss clinics, which only offer cookie-cutter weight loss plans and one or two additional fat-busting solutions, Global Life Rejuvenation provides access to new, innovative supplements and medicines. If you're used to fad diets and "quick" weight loss plans, peptides like AOD 9604 and others may be new to you. To help build your foundation of healthy living knowledge, let's take a look at a few of the most popular weight-loss peptides and medicines available at Global Life Rejuvenation.

Semiglutide Weight Loss Ramsey, NJ

AOD 9604 for Weight Loss

Often combined with Semaglutide regimens, AOD 9604 is known to promote fat breakdown, inhibit lipogenesis, and support tendons and cartilage. However, most recently, it has gained popularity due to its ability to boost metabolism and aid in burning fat.

What sets AOD 9604 apart is that it stimulates the pituitary gland without affecting tissue growth or blood sugar levels. Additionally, it can burn fat without causing overeating, making it a viable option for obese men and women who are trying to implement better eating habits.

Interestingly, AOD 9604 activates your body's fat-burning processes without requiring an HGH receptor. It also releases obese fat cells and reduces the accumulation of new fat cells. By helping to regulate blood sugar and manage insulin levels, AOD 9604 is excellent for weight loss but also for other maladies like inflammation.

Some conditions that this powerful peptide can help address include the following:

  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Damaged Cartilage
  • Arthritis

CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin for Weight Loss

This medical weight loss supplement Is technically a combo of two peptides. These substances work by stimulating your pituitary gland to produce more of your body's natural human growth hormone, which is secreted during both waking and sleeping periods.

This results in increased protein synthesis and levels of insulin-like growth factors. As hormone secretagogues, they help release hormones into circulation while mimicking the pituitary gland's production. Extensive research has been conducted on the effects of CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin. As a tool for medical weight loss, it has shown very promising results.

That's because when growth hormone levels increase, nutrients are transported through the body faster, more fat is burned, and weight management becomes simpler. Additionally, because CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin increase the amount of growth hormone in your body, it stimulates the breakdown of triglycerides in adipocytes, leading to improved fat metabolism and reduced abdominal fat.

Benefits of CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin for weight loss include:

  • Weight Loss
  • Reduction in Body Fat
  • Boosted Metabolism
  • More Energy
  • Enhanced Immune System
  • More

MIC Injections for Weight Loss

A Methionine Inositol Choline (MIC) injection is a mixture of lipotropics that aid in fat breakdown. The key components - methionine, inositol, and choline - work together to metabolize fat cells and eliminate stored fat deposits in the liver and body. Methionine is an important amino acid, inositol contributes to proper cell formation, and choline is a water-soluble nutrient that promotes healthy liver function. When combined, these compounds may help reduce body fat.

When used in conjunction with a medical weight loss plan from Global Life Rejuvenation, MIC injections can be a powerful addition to reclaiming your health and wellbeing.

Phentermine for Weight Loss

7-Keto DHEA for Weight Loss

In the body, 7-keto-DHEA is produced from dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), which is a hormone made by glands near your kidneys. However, unlike DHEA, 7-keto-DHEA is not converted into androgen and estrogen in your body. Instead, 7-keto-DHEA is used orally or topically to boost your body's metabolism. It also helps convert more of your energy into heat, instead of storing it in your body as fat, which can accumulate with time and lifestyle choices.

Much like Semaglutide treatment in Ramsey, NJ, 7-keto-DHEA has been shown to be very effective for weight loss as well as a host of other issues. Additional benefits of taking 7-keto-DHEA may include the following:

  • Weight Loss
  • Improvement to Lean Muscle Mass
  • Boosted Thyroid Activity
  • Enhanced Memory
  • Anti-Aging Treatment

MONTVALE − Joey Giordano and Pascack Hills had to knock off the defending champion to earn the crown, and they proved title-worthy.

Giordano threw a four-hitter and the Broncos produced enough offense to win the North 1, Group 2 baseball title with Friday's 3-1 victory over Ramsey.

“This did need to go through Ramsey,” Pascack Hills coach Nick Evans said, “because this was their section, and they’re a [heck] of a team over there.”

Giordano's pitching line: Seven innings, four hits (three of them singles), two walks, and eight strikeouts. The junior left-hander threw 99 pitches.

Pascack Hills (20-7) scored twice in the second inning for a 2-0 lead. Junior Ronin Stern drove in two runs with a double off the fence in right.

The Broncos extended their lead to 3-1 in the third. Senior Sean Busanic's two-out single to center drove in senior Dom Musco, who led off with a walk, stole second and moved to third on a wild pitch.

Junior William Kirk led Ramsey (18-8-1) to last year's Group 2 state title and was again exceptional. The first baseman went 3 for 3 and drove in the Rams' run in the third with a two-out single to center. The team's only other hit was a bunt single.

“[Giordano] pitched a terrific game,” Ramsey coach Paul Urbanovich said. “Hats off to Giordano. He had us off balance pretty much the entire game and we couldn’t get anything going offensively, and that was obviously the difference in the game.”

What it means

Pascack Hills owns a seven-game winning streak and will host the North 2, Group 2 titlist, Hanover Park, in an NJSIAA Group 2 semifinal at 4 p.m. Monday. The Broncos won back-to-back state titles in 2018 and 2019, with the 2020 spring season cancelled by the pandemic.

Key inning

Stern is Pascack Hills’ No. 9 hitter and his two-run double off the fence in right in the second was his biggest hit of the season and provided the critical 2-0 lead.

Stern drove in junior Matt Tortora, who led off with a double to left-center, and senior Will Aschenbrand, who was hit by a pitch with one out. Stern’s brother, Ari, the No. 8 hitter, walked to load the bases.

“We struck first, it’s always good to strike first and help your pitcher out and give him a little cushion,” Ronin Stern said.

By the numbers

Giordano’s 21 outs came via eight strikeouts, seven fly balls and five grounders, with one Ramsey runner thrown out on the bases. He struck out the side looking in the second, and he had at least one strikeout in each of the final four innings, ending it on a strikeout.

“I just tried to get ahead,” Giordano said. “There were a lot of fastball counts that I mixed in off-speed, and a lot of teams aren’t used to seeing that.”

“He was special,” Evans said. “He filled it up. He had command of three pitches. He wasn’t scared of anybody in their lineup, Kirk included. He’s another kid who has embraced the challenge.”

Kirk’s three hits came on a first-inning infield chopper, the third-inning RBI single to center, and a sixth-inning double to right. The left-hander drove in sophomore Nate McLaughlin, who reached on a well-placed bunt between the mound and first base.

They said it

“Give our kids a lot of credit,” Evans said. “Week after week, especially since the state tournament has started, we’ve embraced and accepted every challenge."

“There were a lot of eyes on us this year,” Urbanovich said, “and I thought we competed all the way to the end.”

RAMSEY — The Board of Education's $77.3 million budget hearing Tuesday will not include a line item for its long-celebrated Auto Technology program, one of the last offered by a public school in Bergen County.

A petition by residents on change.org has 855 signatures seeking to have the program retained. However, Schools Superintendent Andrew Matteo characterized the move as more of a suspension than a permanent ban.

"Requests for automotive courses have dropped 74% in the past decade, from 121 students in 2013 to 31 students this year," Matteo said in an email statement. "These numbers no longer justify four teachers in the Tech Ed department. We decided to pause the Automotive Technology program for 2023-2024 to assess the future viability of the program and explore alternatives in the automotive sector."

Matteo emphasized that he and the school board "recognize the opportunities in the trades and continue to support and encourage students who are not on the college-prep track."

"For a small public high school, we offer a wide range of courses in these areas," Matteo said. The list includes woodworking, engineering, robotics, technical and architectural drawing, photography, video production and culinary arts.

Ramsey’s 2,600 students are educated in two K-3 primary schools, one grade 4-5 upper elementary school, a middle school for grades 6-8, and its high school, with an enrollment of 782 students, down from 964 in 2012-2013.

The district's budget is up $1.58 million, or 2.09%. On the average home, valued at $522,942, the school portion of municipal taxes would increase by $238 a year. Primary increases come from health care costs, up 16%, and bus route contracts, up 50%.

Among the proposed additions in the budget are world language teachers at Tisdale and Hubbard elementary schools, two teachers in gifted education, so each K-5 school has its own teacher, and full-time security officers in each building.

More:New Jersey needs 23,800 auto mechanics to be trained in the next seven years

If Ramsey's is suspended, the only automobile courses in the county would be offered by Bergen County Technical High School in Paramus.

New Jersey voters approved the $500 million Securing Our Children’s Future Bond Act in 2018, allocating $350 million of that for vocational programs and security. But increased concern about student safety has many schools diverting their finances to upgrade access points and hire security personnel.

More:Six-unit 'supportive housing' for disabled proposed for Ramsey

The petition cites a projected need for 24,000 new auto technicians across the U.S. by 2025 and the importance of addressing the education needs of students not headed to four-year colleges.

"College education is not for everyone, and it is crucial to provide students with alternative options to explore," said resident Tyler Hornidge. "Ramsey High School is depriving students of the chance to gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in a growing and exciting field, as well as the opportunity to explore alternative career paths."

The budget hearing Tuesday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. will be held at Ramsey High School, 256 E. Main St. For more information, visit the district's website, ramsey.k12.nj.us.

WESTWOOD — When Cedar Grove and Ramsey stepped onto the field for the last of the five games in the Jim Grasso Kickoff Classic, it was a matchup of experience vs. inexperience. More times than not, that experience will pay huge dividends in the beginning of a season.

It certainly did for the Panthers of Cedar Grove, who got through a slow start before coming on and playing dominantly in the second half of a 34-7 football win over the Rams in the season opener for both teams Saturday.

It took about a quarter for Cedar Grove to find itself, as Ramsey’s youngsters played a spirited game with what at times looked like a Grand Central Station approach offensively, rotating three, four or five players in and out.

Jim Grasso Kickoff Classic:Westwood football enjoys dream start vs. South Plainfield

That helped keep the game scoreless into the second quarter and the Rams actually got the first points of the game following an Andrew McDade interception of a tipped pass at the line of scrimmage.

Two first downs set up a nice stretch play, with Christian Fojon cutting off the right tackle and finding the seam on the way to a 27-yard touchdown run. That would be the last highlight moment for the Rams, however.

The Panthers, a pass-first offense, finally got their timing down, and they answered back with a quick march that culminated on a nice hitch-and-go route by Nick Russo, with quarterback Stephen Paradiso hitting him stride in the back of the end zone down the left sideline,

Cedar Grove grabbed the lead for good on the final play of the first half, with Sebastian Kovacs drilling a 40-yard field goal with room to spare, making it 10-7. That pumped up CG, and they took the second-half kickoff and went right down the field, with a Paradiso to Nick Iannacone 25-yard pass putting them on the 1-yard line. Paradiso snuck it in from there.

After a failed fourth down by Ramsey, Cedar Grove made it 24-7 on a 15-yard Paradiso to Iannacone TD strike. Kovacs added his second field goal from 28 yards out, giving the Panthers a 27-7 lead going into the fourth quarter, and a Paradiso 13-yard run closed out the scoring.

What it means

For Cedar Grove, it was a validation that they are ready to once again make noise in the North Group 1 championship picture. The Panthers went almost exclusively with the pass in the first half, running only three times, but they had a better mix in the second half and were able to use the run time off the clock.

For Ramsey, it sets the needle for what has to happen as they move on to the next game, a mere five days away on Thursday against Pascack Valley. With a sophomore quarterback making his debut and many pieces on both sides of the ball also in their inaugural varsity game, it’s all about getting better. It was not a lack of effort by the Rams, simply a case of the opponent being much further along thanks to their veteran status.

Turning point No. 1

This one is easy. It was the Kovacs field goal to close the half. The Panthers were not at their best in the opening half ("We got a little caught up in opening day jitters and simply needed to get rolling,” head coach Rob Gogerty said), but they were able to walk off with a lead and a huge momentum swing, Coming right out and scoring to open the second half emphasized the positive shift.

Turning point No. 2

Facing a fourth-and-five at their own 37 with just under 5:30 to go in the third quarter and trailing 17-7, Ramsey coach Adam Baeira gambled and went for it. Perhaps a better way of stating it is, he showed his team that he had faith in them. They had quarterback Justus Favata roll right and the running back release from a block into the flat. The pass hit him in the hands beyond the first-down marker with room to run, but it was dropped.

“We practice that play over and over,” Baeira said. “It set up like we expected but we just didn’t execute it. Hey, we’re going to have to own it, know that when that situation comes up again that we’ll do a better job of making the play.”

By the numbers

Paradiso was 18 of 29 passing for 285 yards and a pair of touchdowns and one interception. Iannacone was the favorite target, snaring 8 balls for 139 yards. Jackson Morrice was the deep threat, catching 4 for 97 yards and Russo, the tight end, had 3 grabs for 51 yards as well as a 12-yard run on a receiver reverse. The Panthers had a 316-203 advantage in total yards over the Rams.

Favara was 12 of 21 passing for 81 yards and an interception in his first game as a starter, with tight end Noah Magnus on the receiving end of four balls for 38 yards. Van Schoening had 3 catches for 14 yards and 41 rushing yards on 13 carries. Fojon had 50 yards on 5 runs and Favata 34 on six carries.

Jerry Welkis, Exclusive Broker for Interstate Shopping Center, Ramsey, New Jersey is pleased to announce that he represented the Landlord, Ramsey Interstate Center, LLC on relocating DSW in the center to accommodate a 25,000 s.f. Burlington Coat, which will be the recent anchor, which is already anchored by DSW, Michael’s, Shoprite, Old Navy, Ulta Cosmetics & Petco. Burlington was represented by Cliff Simon of CNS Real Estate.

Burlington, formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory, is an American national off-price department store retailer, and a division of Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation with more than 1,000 stores in 40 states and Puerto Rico, with its corporate headquarters located in Burlington Township, New Jersey. Following the high investor turnover from Europe for Samana’s Greek island-themed projects, the developer today launched an AED 510 million (USD 138.8 mln) Skyros residential project in Arjan, which derives the design concept and name after the famous Skyros Island in Greece. The island is known for white beaches, sea caves and seaside villages. Samana Skyros has created a similar design in the mini-island. In addition, Samana Skyros features retail spaces.

The 3B+G+17 Skyros mid-luxury project is the continuation of the multiple project launches that Samana Developers has planned for this year. Skyros is located in Arjan with close proximity to the Al Khail expressway and Mohammed Bin Zayed highway. Dubai’s tourist landmarks around Skyros are the Miracle Garden, Dubai Butterfly Garden, Global Village, Dubai Autodrome, Mall of the Emirates and City Centre. The project is close to Mediclinic Hospital, GEMS Wellington School and Dubai Hills Mall.

“We are constantly receiving overwhelming interest from European, Russian and CIS investors for our new projects, especially for those projects that embody Greek island themes and designs. Skyros has been designed on the popular investor trend to meet the demand. Triggered by Covid-19, our resort-style projects performed well. The trend reflects that today’s buyer prefers to live in a healthy yet affordable environment. Samana Developers is doing well with the new themes such as the resort, the island, private pools and converting a residential apartment into a holiday-home. We our upcoming new projects, we will be introducing innovative concepts.”, revealed Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Samana Developers.

Samana Holiday-homes

Multiple awards winning Samana Developers is now among few developers whom incorporated the additional income-generating facility for its homebuyers. Samana Developers allows and facilitates its buyers to convert the apartments into holiday homes and sub-lease to tourists and visitors. This facility benefits both, the homeowner making an additional income; and the tenant saving on exorbitant hotel charges.

The Skyros, spanning over 567,433 sq-ft of total build-up area, houses 441 apartments that include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with private pools. 97.5% of the units have private pools. The water element is a key feature which creates freshness and wellness.

Samana Skyros features two luxurious leisure pool decks, private pools, a health club, indoor and outdoor gyms, a sauna, a steam room, a kids’ play areas, a rooftop basketball court, a rooftop lounge, a rooftop cinema, valet parking and retail spaces.

UAE Golden Visa for Samana Investors

Samana Developers provides free-of-charge UAE Golden Visa support to those investors who buy properties worth AED2 million and above. The immediate family members of the real estate golden visa holder avail the 10-year residency under the buyer.

Payment Plan – 5 Years

Samana Skyros apartment prices start from AED649,000 (USD 176, 695). It is a total of five years payment plan. This flexible payment plan makes it affordable for new or first-time buyers. The project is scheduled for handover in June 2026. The developer guarantees competitive 24% returns.

Samana Projects

Samana Developers has successfully launched multiple projects as we speak. Very few developers achieve consistent acceptance, market penetration and reputation in Dubai’s well-regulated and bustling real estate market. It cemented Samana’s position in the market and is a reflection of its future vision.
