Did you know that more than 40% of adults in the United States suffer from obesity? Unfortunately, there is no miracle cure for this condition. Perhaps worse is that more and more adults and children are gaining weight across the country, choosing the convenience of fast and nutrition-deficient foods over healthy eating, exercise, and positive life choices. From an aesthetic standpoint, being overweight is a struggle - clothes don't fit right, people make uncomfortable comments about how you look, and everyday activities are less appealing.

From a health and wellness standpoint, however, being obese is much worse. Your life is literally on the line. If you're ready to get back to loving your life with more energy, confidence, and positivity, medical weight loss with peptide therapy may be for you. But to truly understand the benefits of peptides like Semaglutide, it's important you grasp what peptide therapy is and how it benefits your body.

Semaglutide Treatment in Wilmington, NC

Many individuals turn to peptide therapy to enhance their overall wellbeing by boosting hormones. Different types of peptides can target different areas of health, such as collagen peptides that can help improve skin, hair, and gut health.

Other peptides, such as AOD 9604, CJC 1295, and Semaglutide in Wilmington, NC, are incredibly beneficial for losing weight. Compared to vitamin supplements, peptide therapy works differently as peptides are already part of the proteins in our bodies, making them easier to absorb and benefit from. Conversely, our bodies can sometimes fail to absorb all the nutrients present in multivitamins, leading to their excretion through urine.

However, it's important to note that weight loss is a complex process that involves various factors like age, genetics, lifestyle, exercise, and diet. While peptides like Semaglutide can provide much-needed assistance in achieving your weight loss goals, they are most effective when combined with healthy dietary choices, regular exercise routines, and overall healthier lifestyle choices.

If you've already tried different weight loss plans and diets but haven't had any success, medical weight loss with peptide therapy may provide that extra boost you need to realize your goals.

What is Semaglutide Treatment in Wilmington, NC?

If you're looking to lose weight and keep it off, diet and exercise are important, but it can be difficult to stick to a routine. For busy adults and parents, Semaglutide can be a helpful tool for weight loss. This injection, approved by the FDA for diabetes and obesity, works by stimulating GLP-1 receptors in the brain to aid in weight loss and improve long-term health.

You may be wondering to yourself, "That sounds great, but how does this type of peptide work?" Semaglutide acts like glucagon in your body, which signals to your brain that you're full and don't need to eat anymore. When you take Semaglutide, and you try to overeat, your body waves a proverbial red flag as if to say, "That's enough."

Semaglutide also slows down digestion, reducing unnecessary snacking throughout the day. By reducing glucose spikes after meals, it reduces inflammation, which is important for overall health. Additionally, Semaglutide helps your pancreas secrete insulin, regulates the glucose levels in your body, and even has anti-aging and longevity properties. If you're struggling to lose weight, peptide therapies for weight loss like Semaglutide can be an invaluable addition to your weight loss plan from Global Life Rejuvenation.

Who Should Consider Semaglutide Therapy in Wilmington, NC?

There are multiple medications available to combat obesity by suppressing appetite and promoting weight loss. However, Semaglutide stands out as an exceptional option.

A recent study of 2,000 obese adults examined the effects of Semaglutide when combined with a diet and exercise program. The results were compared to those who only made lifestyle changes without taking Semaglutide. After 68 weeks, it was found that half of the participants using Semaglutide lost 15% of their body weight, with nearly a third losing 20%. In contrast, those who only made lifestyle changes lost an average of 2.4% of their weight.

It's obvious, then, that Semaglutide is a safe and effective supplement for your weight loss journey with Global Life Rejuvenation. But who is the ideal patient who should be taking it?

If you have a body mass index (BMI) of 27kg/m2 or higher and at least one weight-related condition, such as high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol, or if your BMI is 30kg/m2 or higher, the FDA recommends Semaglutide for weight loss.

Healthy Eating Tips While Taking Semaglutide

As medical weight loss experts, one thing our doctors and practitioners know at Global Life Rejuvenation is that true weight loss isn't dictated by medicines. It's achieved by sticking to a combo of exercise, healthy life choices, and healthy eating habits. From there, peptides like Semaglutide in Wilmington, NC are great for taking your weight loss efforts to the next level of success.

One area where many patients fail in this process is with their diet. If you're considering Semaglutide treatment, keep these diet tips in mind.

Eat Whole Foods

Eat Whole Foods

To enhance your dietary habits, a practical approach is to concentrate on consuming whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats. These food items are rich in nutrients and can provide a feeling of fullness and satisfaction while also promoting your overall wellbeing.

Be Mindful When You Eat

Be Mindful When You Eat

Eating mindfully involves being fully present and engaged during meals. This entails taking the time to enjoy the flavor of your food, being aware of your body's hunger and fullness signals, and avoiding distractions like electronics or television.

Keep Your Body Hydrated

Keep Your Body Hydrated

To maintain good health and support weight loss, it's crucial to drink plenty of water. It's recommended to drink at least 8-10 cups of water daily. You may also try adding low-calorie drinks like herbal tea or infused water to keep things interesting.

Meal-Prepping

Use Meal Prepping to Your Advantage

Planning your meals in advance is an effective approach to maintaining a healthy diet. Set aside some time each week to plan your meals and snacks, keeping in mind to incorporate a balance of protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. This will prevent impulsive food choices and guarantee that you have nutritious options available when hunger strikes.

Other Peptide Therapies and Medicines for Medical Weight Loss in Wilmington, NC

Unlike many medical weight loss clinics, which only offer cookie-cutter weight loss plans and one or two additional fat-busting solutions, Global Life Rejuvenation provides access to new, innovative supplements and medicines. If you're used to fad diets and "quick" weight loss plans, peptides like AOD 9604 and others may be new to you. To help build your foundation of healthy living knowledge, let's take a look at a few of the most popular weight-loss peptides and medicines available at Global Life Rejuvenation.

Semiglutide Weight Loss Wilmington, NC

AOD 9604 for Weight Loss

Often combined with Semaglutide regimens, AOD 9604 is known to promote fat breakdown, inhibit lipogenesis, and support tendons and cartilage. However, most recently, it has gained popularity due to its ability to boost metabolism and aid in burning fat.

What sets AOD 9604 apart is that it stimulates the pituitary gland without affecting tissue growth or blood sugar levels. Additionally, it can burn fat without causing overeating, making it a viable option for obese men and women who are trying to implement better eating habits.

Interestingly, AOD 9604 activates your body's fat-burning processes without requiring an HGH receptor. It also releases obese fat cells and reduces the accumulation of new fat cells. By helping to regulate blood sugar and manage insulin levels, AOD 9604 is excellent for weight loss but also for other maladies like inflammation.

Some conditions that this powerful peptide can help address include the following:

  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Damaged Cartilage
  • Arthritis

CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin for Weight Loss

This medical weight loss supplement Is technically a combo of two peptides. These substances work by stimulating your pituitary gland to produce more of your body's natural human growth hormone, which is secreted during both waking and sleeping periods.

This results in increased protein synthesis and levels of insulin-like growth factors. As hormone secretagogues, they help release hormones into circulation while mimicking the pituitary gland's production. Extensive research has been conducted on the effects of CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin. As a tool for medical weight loss, it has shown very promising results.

That's because when growth hormone levels increase, nutrients are transported through the body faster, more fat is burned, and weight management becomes simpler. Additionally, because CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin increase the amount of growth hormone in your body, it stimulates the breakdown of triglycerides in adipocytes, leading to improved fat metabolism and reduced abdominal fat.

Benefits of CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin for weight loss include:

  • Weight Loss
  • Reduction in Body Fat
  • Boosted Metabolism
  • More Energy
  • Enhanced Immune System
  • More

MIC Injections for Weight Loss

A Methionine Inositol Choline (MIC) injection is a mixture of lipotropics that aid in fat breakdown. The key components - methionine, inositol, and choline - work together to metabolize fat cells and eliminate stored fat deposits in the liver and body. Methionine is an important amino acid, inositol contributes to proper cell formation, and choline is a water-soluble nutrient that promotes healthy liver function. When combined, these compounds may help reduce body fat.

When used in conjunction with a medical weight loss plan from Global Life Rejuvenation, MIC injections can be a powerful addition to reclaiming your health and wellbeing.

Phentermine for Weight Loss

Like other weight loss peptides and medicines on this page, Phentermine can help you lose weight when you stick to a medical weight loss plan that includes dieting, exercise, and smart life choices. It does so by reducing your appetite, which limits the number of calories you eat every day.

As is the case with Semaglutide, Phentermine has been approved by the FDA and is supported by clinical studies that show it can support weight loss. With time, patience, and healthy living, this supplement may help you reach your wellness goals sooner than you thought possible.

7-Keto DHEA for Weight Loss

In the body, 7-keto-DHEA is produced from dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), which is a hormone made by glands near your kidneys. However, unlike DHEA, 7-keto-DHEA is not converted into androgen and estrogen in your body. Instead, 7-keto-DHEA is used orally or topically to boost your body's metabolism. It also helps convert more of your energy into heat, instead of storing it in your body as fat, which can accumulate with time and lifestyle choices.

Much like Semaglutide treatment in Wilmington, NC, 7-keto-DHEA has been shown to be very effective for weight loss as well as a host of other issues. Additional benefits of taking 7-keto-DHEA may include the following:

  • Weight Loss
  • Improvement to Lean Muscle Mass
  • Boosted Thyroid Activity
  • Enhanced Memory
  • Anti-Aging Treatment
  • Better Memory

Tropical storm Ophelia forced the event to be pushed back a week, and now organizers are ready for the huge event this weekend

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — After a week-long rain delay, the Cape Fear Latinos festival hopes to attract big crowds to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion in downtown Wilmington, NC Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023.

“We wanted to have this event in collaboration with Cape Fear Latinos, a local non-profit, to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month” explained Mari McKenzie, with the New Hanover County Office of Diversity and Equity, during an interview with Good Morning Carolina’s Donna Gregory .

“We have such a …diverse Hispanic community here in Wilmington that we wanted to showcase our Mexican heritage, Salvadoran, Guatemalan, lots of different cultures that live in Wilmington,” McKenzie said.

The festival has been rescheduled to Saturday from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the pavilion at 10 Cowan Street in Wilmington, NC.

McKenzie suggests attendees arrive downtown early, and park in any available spot as close as possible to the pavilion. There is no specially designated parking for this event.

[For detailed information about available parking options in the downtown Wilmington area, visit here . ]

“Just go, find a spot, come join us and we’ll be there,” she laughed.

There’s something for every member of the family at this year’s festival, and McKenzie says organizers are very excited about what people will experience once they arrive Saturday afternoon.

There is no admission charge, but food and craft items will be available for purchase.

“We have lots of food stands and food trucks, we have vendors and organizations — and a food truck that will be selling fruits and traditional Mexican foods and things like that– there’s gonna be music,” McKenzie said.

“We’re just excited about celebrating our different cultures and traditions at the festival,” she added.

McKenzie said at least three groups are scheduled to be performing folkloric dancing at this year’s event, and there’s more live entertainment throughout the day.

“We have 3 groups that will be singing different traditional songs,” she offered.

“I think it’s going to be a very festive day for everybody to just go enjoy with their family and spend the afternoon into the evening, and just enjoy Hispanic heritage,” she added.

The Cape Fear Latinos non-profit web site has more details about the event.

Here’s information from the site:

This year, we are celebrating the second annual Cape Fear Latinos Festival at Live Oak Pavillion in Wilmington, NC. This family-friendly festival celebrating local Latino and Hispanic culture recognizes Hispanic Heritage Month with free entertainment, dancing, music, children’s games, activities…. Join us this year on September 30 from 2-8 pm for another day of fun and culture!

A small parade was supposed to be included in this year’s festival, and everything was organized to make that happen on the original date of the event (9/23).

But there is a conflict this weekend, so the parade portion of the festival had to be cancelled.

Here’s the updated parade information that organizers sent to WWAY :

“Because of the NAACP state convention taking place at the Wilmington Convention Center, we can’t block/close roadways in the area.”

The Cape Fear Latinos was founded to help address what it called a lack of equal access to resources to the local Latino community.

Since its inception, the non-profit organization has evolved to offer community education and entertainment events, translation services and support for members of the Latino community.

That support can be in the form of rent and food assistance, legal aid, resources for jobs and housing, and events designed to fortify connections within the community.

For more information about the Cape Fear Latinos organization, visit here .

WWAY has not yet received the names and schedule for this year’s festival performers, but the most up to date information about the festival is on the Cape Fear Latino’s social media sites.

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - Despite rainy weather all branches of the military were cheered on at the annual Southeast North Carolina Veterans Day Parade.

The parade took place in downtown Wilmington. Mark Biddison is the chairman of the Southeast North Carolina Veterans Day parade. He is also a veteran who served in the Air Force during the Vietnam war.

“The welcome home that Vietnam veterans got was not very good. So 2017 We decided we needed to have a parade, initially for Vietnam veterans to get that welcome home that they never got. It quickly grew into all veterans. And so we celebrate today’s all veterans,” said Biddison.

He says seeing the veterans enjoy the parade is encouraging. He also says the parade is raising money for suicide awareness.

“Veteran suicide awareness is paramount and prevention is really where we’d like to go. We lose about 16 veterans a day nationwide.”

Diddison said the parade takes a full year to plan with meetings once a month, then every two weeks leading up to the parade. He says all donations will be given to “Save A Vet”. The link to donate can be found on this website.

For other veterans like Niko Bouboulis. The parade provides a chance to connect with other people who have served.

“The most important thing is giving love and respect to those that served. On Memorial Day we will moralize the ones that have passed. We celebrate Veterans Day for those of us that are still around and still above ground. And just shake a hand, give a couple hugs, share a couple tears with each other and go on with life,” said Bouboulis.

The parade featured a performance from the U.S. Naval Academy’s Silent Drill Team. Local law enforcement agencies also participated in the parade and interacted with members of the community.

“Those of us that come out here like I said earlier, we do it for the love of country. The love and respect of our brothers and sisters. Now. The ones that have served the ones in the past and the ones that are coming up behind us,” said Bouboulis.

Sisters Savannah Hawkins and Tracie Reaves Rust were regulars at Savor Southern Kitchen, the brunch restaurant at 3704 Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington.

“They’d come in two to four times a week,” said Alicia Minner, manager of the restaurant.

But in September, 44-year-old Rust succumbed to epilepsy. Minner remembers Hawkins coming into the restaurant by herself, and then with a large gathering of friends and family.

“It was just heart wrenching,” she said.

The sisters like the comfortable atmosphere and friendly service at Savor Southern Kitchen, which opened in 2019 when owners Jeff and Danielle Cousler decided to add a storefront to their A Thyme Savor catering business. It quickly became a popular spot for sweet potato biscuits, Eggs Benedict and the loaded Captain's Omelet.

Many local restaurants say their staff and customers are like one big family. But at Savor, the owners put that into action, said Minner, who’s been working there about two years. She’s seen them help several employees in need. They even brought groceries for her own sick mother in Connecticut.

That generosity extends to the community, too. A chalkboard in the restaurant lists the local farms and food businesses they support. The Couslers serve on local boards, including Operation Pretty Things, which raises awareness about domestic violence, and frequently contribute gift cards to schools and local fundraisers.

It just made sense to do something here, too.

When the sisters came in, they would order the same thing.

“Always, always,” Minner said.

They always had chef Brad Hagler’s award-winning Chicken and Waffles, and a customized dish of stoneground grits with American cheese and bacon.

The menu includes grits bowls and the Well Kiss My Shrimp & Grits. As of October, though, there's a new option.

Tracie’s Grits are served just as Rust ordered them and a portion of the sales goes to the Epilepsy Alliance North Carolina. And as with some of the other non-profits supported by the owners and staff of Savor Souther Kitchen, there’s a page on each table about the organization.

So far, they’ve sold more than 150 orders, Minner said. And the owners said they want to provide a matching contribution.

“We really are a big family,” Minner said.

How to watch UNC-Asheville vs. UNC-Wilmington basketball game

Nov 11, 2023 at 8:40 am ET • 1 min read

UNCW Seahawks @ UNC-Ash. Bulldogs

Current Records: UNCW 1-0, UNC-Ash. 0-1

The UNC-Ash. Bulldogs will be playing at home against the UNCW Seahawks at 2:00 p.m. ET on Saturday at Kimmel Arena. UNC-Ash. might want some stickum for this contest since the team gave up 13 turnovers on Tuesday.

UNC-Ash. had to start their season on the road , and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. Things couldn't have gone much worse for them as they lost 99-74 to the Wolverines. UNC-Ash. found out winning isn't easy when your shooting is a whole 16.7% worse than the opposition.

UNC-Ash.'s defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Josh Banks, who earned 18 points, and Drew Pember who earned 19 points.

Meanwhile, UNCW took care of business in their home opener on Monday (and then some). They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Trojans 105-66 at home. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 55-31.

The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: the Wolverines' win pushed their record up to 1-0, while the Bulldogs' defeat dropped theirs down to 0-1.

Looking ahead, UNC-Ash. is expected to win a tight contest, barring any buzzer beaters. They finished last season with an 18-11 record against the spread.

UNC-Ash. came up short against UNCW in their previous matchup back in November of 2020, falling 76-68. Can UNC-Ash. avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.

UNC-Ash. is a slight 1-point favorite against UNCW, according to the latest college basketball odds.

The oddsmakers had a good feel for the line for this one, as the game opened with the Bulldogs as a 1.5-point favorite.

The over/under is set at 143.5 points.

Hard work pays off for Fike’s Boyette as he signs with UNCW

This has been a huge year for Ethan Boyette but 2024 is looking even better for the Fike High senior after he signed a National Letter of Intent to further his academic and golf careers at UNC Wilmington.

Boyette and three of his senior classmates were featured at a ceremony in the Fike auditorium that was attended by family, friends, teachers, coaches and teammates Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 8.

Boyette made his decision months ago, March 30, that he would be a Seahawk, spurning offers from East Carolina and UNCG as well as interest from the likes of Ole Miss and Clemson.

“I know some of the guys down there,” Boyette said of his future teammates. “They’re just really cool guys. They’re a top 50 program in the country so they’re a really good program.”

He noted that Seahawks head coach Daniel Bowden played at Georgia Tech with John-Tyler Griffin, a member of the Fike Athletic Hall of Fame.

“I love the coach down there,” said Boyette. “Get along with him really well. He knows what he’s doing.”

Indeed, Bowden, in his seventh year in Wilmington, directed the Seahawks to their fourth NCAA regional appearance in six years last spring. His 2018 and 2019 teams won Colonial Athletic Association crowns and he was named CAA Coach of the Year both times.

The son of Melody Castelloe of Wilson and Lenny Boyette of Wilson, Boyette has been playing golf for nearly his entire life. His father played at ECU and Barton and earned his PGA card, working as a pro at several courses, including Happy Valley Country Club. Older brother Ethan won the NCHSAA 3-A individual championship as a senior in 2017 at Fike and became an All-American at Barton. He is a touring professional golfer now.

“One thing that separates Ethan – it’s what his brother had too – is his work ethic,” said Fike head coach Glenn Jones. “He eats, sleeps and drinks it. That’s him. He’s going to be able to take it to the next level because of that and certainly his pedigree. His dad and having his brother to follow up, he’ going to do great things.”

Ethan Boyette feels like he will have the chance to step in and compete right away at UNCW, which lists four seniors and a graduate student on its 2023-24 roster. Improving his short game is a must, he said.

“If I can get that to a different level I’ll be able to really compete with some of the best players in the NCAA,” he said. “I feel like my ball striking and my putting is up there with some of the best of ’em. I just feel like if my short game can get to a different level it’ll be really good.”

Boyette got to a different level this spring after his high school season ended when he won two major tournaments and qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur for the second straight year. Boyette was coming off a less-than-satisfying fourth-place finish at the NCHSAA 3-A championship in mid-May, but less than a week later, he posted the biggest win – to date – of his career. Boyette scorched the Keith Hills Golf Club layout with an 8-under 74-67-67 – 208 to win the Carolinas Golf Association’s eighth Carolinian Amateur with a field of college and high school players.

Less than two weeks after his first career CGA victory, Boyette was hoisting another trophy after winning the Tarheel Youth Golf Association’s ninth Bojangles Junior Open at Cutter Creek Golf Course in Greene County.

Then, before summer officially arrived, Boyette took third place in a U.S. Junior Amateur qualifying tournament in Virginia to earn a spot in the big tournament in July in South Carolina.

“I think what frustrated him the most was his short game, putting really,” Jones said. “He made some adjustments after that state tournament and he just turned it on. I got a chance to see him play at Cutter Creek in the Bojangles tournament that he won. And it was incredible. It was a different kid playing in that kind of event. It was fun to watch.”

It was the surreal feeling that he could do no wrong on the golf for that magical month for Boyette that will serve him well as he moves up the ranks.

“Obviously, it’s an experience of getting to those low numbers and feeling like getting in those situations that brings a lot of experience and getting familiar with certain situations, having to hit certain shots at certain times, like having to, you know, make a birdie at certain point,” he said. “Basically, that clutch factor that you gotta have and learning how to feel the right things in the right spot is definitely something great to have felt this summer, especially before college. So hopefully when we get to college, we can get in the same familiar positions and it’ll be just like clockwork, having already had that experience.”

By the same token, Boyette learned as much from the “slump” he encountered the rest of the summer. He did have four top-10 finishes to go with some low finishes at two other tournaments. Boyette also tied for 146th in his second try at the U.S. Junior Amateur, not even close to making the cut for stroke play. But it has all been a learning experience, he said.

“Just take it with a grain of salt, you know,” he said. “You’re not going to be able to play your best every time and you gotta try to remember the good times, but you’ve also got to remember that you’re not at your best, and you’ve got to just work your butt off. You’ve got to get back out there at the highest level you can perform. So you’re always chasing that feeling of winning and so, it doesn’t really matter how you get it done. You’ve gotta be able to get it done and sometimes it’s not where you want it, but you’ve got to work your butt off to get back to that situation.”

Nearly four months after the city of Wilmington closed on the former Thermo Fisher Building, many city departments have already moved in.

In July, the city purchased the 12-story downtown office building for $68 million to consolidate offices into a single campus. Now, city leaders are working on the logistics of moving more departments in and making renovations, along with marketing and leasing unused space to outside companies.

As of this week, at least 13 city departments are operating out of the building at 929 N. Front Street, according to Wilmington Communications Director Jerod Patterson.

The departments that have already moved in were able to adapt the building’s existing spaces, “resulting in smooth operational transitions and minimal expense to the city,” Patterson wrote in an email to the Business Journal. Those departments include:

The city is developing architectural plans that will be used to “activate” the building’s first floor for departments and services that are more public-facing. The city’s planning and development services, housing and neighborhood services, along with frontline customer services like billing and collections, will likely be housed in this space. According to Patterson, the city expects to move into these spaces in the latter half of 2024.

City staff are also developing plans to adapt existing spaces on the building’s third floor for various “public safety and traffic engineering functions,” Patterson wrote. The third floor will also house a secure records storage location, centralizing city documents currently spread across several vaults.

The adjacent 1,022-space parking deck is open and operational for special events and for those using the building. City leaders expect the parking deck to be available for 24/7 public parking by early 2024.

Wilmington-based real estate firm Cape Fear Commercial is actively working with city leaders to lease out extra space in the building, which has seen “significant interest,” according to Patterson.

In part to aid those marketing efforts, the Wilmington City Council considered names for the building at its regular meeting Wednesday. While residents may come to know the building simply as city hall, some council members said they want to give it a separate identity for businesses that opt to lease there.

“I can imagine if you’re trying to market those other floors and lease them, I think having a secondary name is a positive,” council member Neil Anderson said Wednesday.

The city’s naming committee brought three potential names to the council: City Center, City Plaza and Skyline. The name would be included on a monument sign beside the building.

While some council members supported keeping “city” in the building’s name to memorialize the city’s ownership, other members pushed for Skyline. With council member Kevin Spears absent, the names evenly divided the council, with three members supporting City Plaza and three supporting Skyline.

The council pushed the discussion of the building’s name to its next regular meeting, which is scheduled for Nov. 28.
